This is a non-teaching role focused on supporting pupils with SEN requirements in the classroom in the mornings. This will involve building strong supportive relationships with the pupils, working closely with the class teacher, assisting in planning and adapting learning activities.

As part of this role, you will;
- Support children in their personal development and progress through school by providing encouragement, rewards, advice and guidance, induction.
- Help develop positive learning behaviours, working collaboratively with the class teacher.
- Support children to be successful in our school and beyond.
What you will need to succeed;
- Ability to adhere to working procedures and policies within the school environment.
- Patient, flexible and adaptable, meticulous and conscientious.
- Experience of working with children with special educational needs.

This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.
